I’ll schedule a Zoom or in-person meeting to answer all of your questions about the home buying process, identify your specific wants and needs, etc.. I can also provide recommendations for financing, including traditional and non-traditional mortgage options.
Home Search
After you prequalify for a mortgage, I will set you up for instant alerts directly through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the most accurate and up-to-date home search tool exclusively for licensed real estate agents. By working with me, you’ll have a jump on potential homes for sale before they hit the market.
Offer Submission
Once you’ve identified a home you want to move forward on, I’m on it. I’ll use my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) skills to help you develop an offer that’s fair and strong. Plus, I constantly hear agents tell me their clients picked my clients’ offer because of something I did to help it stand out (hint: who you work with really matters).
Under Contract
Once your offer is accepted, the countdown to closing begins! But before you’re handed the keys, the home may need a number of inspections, title work and an appraisal. My training as a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) is key to help you get through it all.
Closing Day!
Prior to closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough of the property, get you set up for your home’s utilities and tie up any other loose ends related to your purchase. It is my goal to make sure the day you’ve worked so hard for is a joyous one.
